Thank you for offering this amazing program, Fitness For Breath. I started it last Monday and from the first session I knew that it was going to benefit me. It is early in the program but I want to let you know the features I absolutely love. 

  1. The repetition of when to breath out and when to inhale. 
  2. The breathing sessions which reinforce the practical advice. 
  3. It is starting out at a pace that I can follow. I have been looking at a variety of on line exercise programs but each one is more advanced than I can handle so my breathing is not done properly as I try to follow. 
  4. Staff are very positive, encouraging and demonstrate each move before the participants commence to exercise.
