Support Groups
Have you ever wanted to share your experiences, or ask questions about managing a lung condition? You are not alone – our support group offers a welcoming space where you can connect with others.
Support Group Meetings will include:
- An opportunity to share your experiences
- An opportunity to ask questions and hear from others living with a chronic lung condition and of the Lung Health Foundation staff
- Information on diagnoses, disease management strategies and resources
We realize that a diagnosis of a lung condition brings endless questions and concerns. Through The Loop, you can join our lung health support group. This opportunity is ideal for people without a local support group or who may be unable to attend an in-person meeting.
What Are Our Members Saying?
"The educators are professional, knowledgeable, empathetic. As someone living with COPD, I am grateful the meetings are on zoom, and I can participate without having to go out."
"I felt comfortable to share comments, concerns or questions."
"It was particularly to share with others and listen to their stories."
